31 Day Photo Challenge - Day 1

Hi Guys,
So after being inspired by Louise from Sprinkle of Glitter's posts last month, I have decided to try and do my own 'my month in photos' series.

Basically I am going to try my bestest, to post a photo every single day this month, (yes I know this is going up on the 2nd but just roll with me here) hehe!

So without further ado, here is day 1!

These are my presents from my brother, he has been away for 2 weeks to San Fran & LA with 2 of his friends and these are what he brought back for me, he can by thoughtful sometimes!

SO I hope that you guys are excited about this, and if any of you decide to do something similar let me know!

Lots of Love

No7 Beautiful Skin Cleansing Brush Review

Hi guys,

I hope that you are all okay, so I have wanted to try out a Clarisonic ever since I have been watching beauty videos and reading beauty blogs. However It is such a large expense that I wasn’t sure whether I could afford, so I have been thinking about it for such a long time, until I saw the No7 Cleansing Brush that they have bought out.

I bought mine for £15, which for me was a good price to try it out. I think the RRP is going to be £25 which is still nearly £100 less than the Clarisonic. It says on the box “supercharge your cleanser for skin that feels twice as clean”. Well I can definitely say that it makes my skin feel very very clean. I do use It after an initial cleanse when I have makeup on but just on its own when I don’t. I feel like it has helped to get rid of dry patches on my skin that I have had over the winter months. I do think that my skin is purging slightly with it as I have had a few break outs, whether this is the Cleansing Brush or hormones I am not too sure.

The brush itself is very lightweight and it powered by 2 AA batteries. The brush head itself is very soft and has 2 different speeds to which it rotates. They are not selling replacement heads yet but according to the No7 consultant I spoke to she said that they will be coming out in about March time priced at £8 for a 2 pack. Which again to me I don’t think is expensive at all.

I am very glad that I purchased this and I will do an updated post once I have been using it for a while and let you know how I have been getting on with it.

Have any of you tried this out?

NOTD: Angora Cardi

Hi everyone, today I actually have a beauty related video for you! :) my first of the year! I paint my nails a hell of a lot, and I mean pretty much every other day! I love switching my nail varnish up, maybe I will do a nail varnish collection post for you soon :)

Anyway I have just painted my nails with Essie’s Angora Cardi, okay for one I absolutely love the name of this, it just makes me smile. The colour is just sooo me it’s ridiculous, I mean I do love bright nails but this is just right up my alley as well! It is like a plumby brown colour which has a cream finish to it. I absolutely love it, yes I know I am not the best at painting my nails, I had to take a photo of my left hand today because  I had a nightmare and snapped off my thumbnail right down to the skin basically! *CRYYYY* anyway my lovely boyfriend bought me this nail varnish for Christmas so *well done Christopher*

I really want to try some more essie nail polishes soon, so if any of you have any ideas on which others I should try let me know :)

Candle Rave: Yankee Candle Pink Sands

Hello there guys,

Long-time no see, I have been a little bit of a busy bee with working a lot and getting ready to move house in about 3 or 4 weeks! So today I just have a small post for you on a brand new candle that I have fell in love with!

This is the Yankee Candle in Pink Sands. This as far as I’m aware is a new one for this summer, I have just found this information from http://www.scentedcandleshop.com/candle-news/index.php/new-yankee-candle-fragrance-pink-sands/

Inspired by far away pink sand beaches and crystal clear ocean waters, this exotic island candle escape is essential to accompany spring or summer. Each note within the candles’ fragrance is chosen to complement one another, as vivid citrus, sweet florals, and spicy vanilla create the lush Pink Sands Candle Range.

In my opinion I think that it smells like melon, but I absolutely love the scent and the fact that it is pink, hence the fact I have got 1 of the biggest jars and 2 of the small jars!

Have any of you tried this scented candle? What do you think?
